Beautiful two story custom Country estate in Wine Country on 3 acres, overlooking its own private grapevines (Perfect for wedding pictures). Conveniently situated in the heart of the wine country, only two miles from South Coast Winery and within a 5 min drive to most Wineries!
Enjoy the grounds the home offers, large swimming pool with slide, 10 person jacuzzi, bbq area, firepit great for smores and or enjoying evening drinks, game of corn hole or just sit and relax with cup of coffee and enjoy all the cool hot air balloons flying over the house in the morning hours. Indoors - spacious for large families or groups , with a large living room, family room, game room with pool table, Foosball table, Shuffle board, poker table, and board games to enjoy your stay!
**Room Configurations**: Downstairs Bedroom #1 with queen bed and own full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom#2/ with full size bed -and full bath bathroom with walk-in shower down the hall on the first floor. ~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from October thru March as temperatures are still to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat a large body of water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature, which you will have a remote to turn on and off to control cost. Pool/Spa cost is calculated is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat them.

Estate is only 12 minutes from Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, and the 15 minutes from the 15 freeway. Guest & Occupancy Policy To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 14 guests. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice. This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times. For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and charged based on propane usage. Pool heating requires a deposit to initiate heating. The cost will vary depending on the weather and your desired temperature. Typically guests spend around $250 to get the water to the low-mid 80’s. To maintain that temperature, it usually costs between $125-175 per day. For spa heating, you will have full control, using a remote to turn on & off the spa. It typically costs around $20 to get the water temperature to 100 degrees, and $7-10/HR to maintain that temperature. Deposit is not required.
Pets We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking Parking is limited to a maximum of 7 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.

We had a wonderful time staying at your home. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Very helpful with check in and out. The pool and patio area was enjoyed by all. I highly recommend this stay.
This property was perfect for an extended birthday celebration and was a great home base for trips to the nearby wineries. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and outdoor grill. We also enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood.
It was a nice place, wish they had TVs in the rooms as the living was too small for all of to sit, but not a deal breaker. We also couldn't get jacuzzi jets or lights on so didn't use it after heating it up. Otherwise it was a great location for wineries and scenery. Beautiful propert.
A few choices place I was looking and finally decided this one is the right place to stay in Temacula, CA. The place was old house but still maintained in good condition. This place provide enough rooms which includes each individual full bath. The whole family enjoyed the stay and the place. We never use the pool due to lots of travel we did in San Diego and surrounding cities. The house provide all needed stuff to live. To make it short this place is a great place to stay for a vacation.
John/Dan great hosts from booking until the end. House is fabulous since each room has its own bathroom. There were 12 of us here for a family wedding and we never felt crowded. Backyard has a pool, bbq, firepit and plenty of chairs/loungers on patios. Would highly recommend. 10 minutes from Old Telemuca. Also, if you have time go to Wilson Creek for wine tasting and ask for Josh.
Super comfortable, great pool and spa, easy access to Galway Downs wedding venue, wineries, shopping malls on S.R. 79 minutes away, golfing! Absolutely wonderful place for a family stay!
We were 13 family members traveling to Temecula for our Grandson's wedding.. The home was extremely comfortable.. Our only wish was that there were TV's in the bedrooms. Beautifulproperty with .twatnews
This place was the perfect place for our bridal party to stay at for the weekend of our wedding. Every couple had their own rooms and bathrooms which made getting ready so much easier. Beautiful property and the pool was a hit the whole weekend!
The property was clean and the setting was beautiful. Loved waking up to the rolling hillside of Temecula with views of budding vineyards. Quiet neighborhood with privacy, great for a peaceful retreat for the family.
My family I enjoyed our stay immensely! The property is very large and being able to walk past vineyards was wonderful! The pool was life saving during the high temperature days and the jacuzzi was awesome at night! The home is very accommodating for large groups (we had 9). We would definitely stay again!
Great place to stay with a big family. Large size pool and BBQ. Pool table was a good way to entertain kids. John the property manager was great to deal with. Really close to all the major wineries and restaurants and stores nearby.
Perfect place to rent for a few families with kids! Water slide was a hit and having all en-suite bedrooms (except 1) was really helpful! It’s great to keep all the kids at one side of the house for sleeping and adults upstairs. Would for sure rent again!
