Jerry was SO helpful and responsive leading up to our stay and during our stay. He even had a sponge delivered to us when we couldn't find one in the home. His customer service and communication was the best i've ever had. The only somewhat negatives were that the WiFi isn't very good (but our cell data was perfectly fine) and the water in the downstairs shower didn't get very hot, but neither of those affected our stay in any way. The home is just as beautiful as the photos and there is so much space. Everybody in our party was so impressed and had an incredible time.
