The Neighborhood: This townhome sits in the heart of Mountain Village, just minutes from the gondola that connects to downtown Telluride. Enjoy the best of both worlds—easy ski access in winter and proximity to trailheads and festivals in the summer. The neighborhood is peaceful yet walkable, with nearby markets, cafes, and outdoor adventures all close by. Getting Around: A car is helpful but not required. The gondola station is just 0.5 miles away and provides free access to downtown Telluride. Walk to nearby restaurants, trailheads, and the Mountain Village Market. Garage and driveway parking is provided. Other Things to Note: Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
