The main-level primary suite offers a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a private deck—ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the fresh alpine air. Downstairs, unwind in a cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and bar setup—perfect for movie nights or après-adventure drinks. Two additional queen bedrooms and a full bathroom make this level great for families or friends traveling together. One bedroom even opens to a private yard with morning sun and evening alpenglow. For extra flexibility, there's also a queen futon and an enclosed outdoor space for your furry companions. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. •Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy. •STR2025-057 •Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. The star gazing was beyond words. Plenty of seating space inside and out. This house was extremely clean and well kept. It easily met all of our needs. The only downside that I somehow overlooked was that there was no a/c. When we visited it was averaging 86deg. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our family's second time renting this property and both times have been wonderful. It's a great location with amazing mountain views and also conveniently close to town. It's super clean and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. We spent quite a bit of time on the large deck this trip since the weather was beautiful. Our only recommendation would be to find a way to increase the internet speed if possible (our college age son was taking an online summer class during our visit--usually we wouldn't care about the internet speed but it was a factor this time.) We loved watching Elk and Mule Deer from the deck of the cabin every evening. The Cabin was about 20 minutes from where we rented ATV’s and rode the Alpine Loop and Imogene/Yankeeboy Basin trails. ##### Mickey M. The house is very spacious with more than enough room for our family of 3 and our small dog. The views are amazing and we found Ridgway to be a good location for exploring the immediate area, Montrose, and Telluride.
