Don’t lock the door (auto-lock), shut it and you’re good to go. \- Do not leave the key on the inside lock of the apartment. If you forget your keys in the apartment, we will intervene within 3 hours and it will cost you 150$. \- Do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. \- Pets are not allowed. \- To gain access to the accommodation, a 1200€ deposit is REQUIRED. It must be paid by credit card online via SWIKLY. It will be refunded after your departure if no damage is found in the accommodation. \- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. It is totally forbidden to smoke indoor, even at the window. In case of disregard, we have the right to keep the deposit. \- Parties are not allowed. \- Inviting people that were not foreseen in the renting period is not allowed. It is located in the heart of Jaffa, right next to the Setai Hotel. The location is perfect, as you are within walking distance of everything in Jaffa, including the beach, restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The villa itself is spacious and luxurious, with high ceilings, large windows, and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. There is also a large terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
