The only real inconvenient thing was the bathroom, if I can call it this...this was all half meter,maybe less,all together toilet,shower and sink...Certainly not recommended for pregnant women or fat people!!!! (I have 65 kg and was very hard to rich the shower and toilet from the stairs!!!) The room was good, the bed comfortable, not perfectly clean, but not dirty. The Ac didn't work but we didn't need it because it was hot enough in the room.There is no TV in the room. They offer bath amenities, we had a room on the ground floor and we can hear everything from outside,but if you are tired is ok :). I was emailed instructions 2 days before I checked in. If don’t have access to email 48 hours prior, you can’t follow an elaborate set of details to even check in. I was emailed a door code to enter into a building to wait. There is nobody there to greet me. The instructions told me to WhatsApp a specific number (also in the email details) and sit in a outdoor courtyard until someone receives your WhatsApp message. If you don’t have WhatsApp, you have the choice to call an office. It was very hot and I sat and waited for someone to meet me to check in for 45 minutes. There are no restrooms or amenities while you wait, so good luck if you need to a restroom or water in the heat. I WhatsApp’ed 3 times and emailed twice before someone responded to me. When they did meet me in the courtyard, she was apologetic, but blamed a different employee because I told her I was upset for the bad and slow service. The room was exactly what I paid for, no frills. They advertise internet in rooms, but it is not true. My signal dropped in and out causing my phone to enter me into an international plan for $10\. I was furious. The only highlight was a nice employee at another property who hailed me a cab next morning. Thanks Nina. In closing, this no frills room cost me 45 minutes in the hot sun while thirsty and in need, $80 US, $10 international plan I never intended. The staff are wonderful, it's close to the beach and everything else. I would stay here again and again. It's my favorite place in Tel Aviv. Die Putzfrau nimmt ihren Job nicht so genau. Haare in der Dusche, Pflaster vom Vorgänger am Bett... Naja. Sauber geht anders. Keine Reaktion auf meine Nachrichten , telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Nach einer halben stunde warten kam eine überforderte Mitarbeiterin vom hotel, die uns nochmal vertröstete. Check in war dann im benachbarten Hotel. Zimmer war ein muffiges Kellerzimmer, wo versucht wurde den Eigengeruch mit ekelhaften Raumspray zu übertreffen. Das „Bad“ war ein Witz, Toilette und Dusche Gleichzeitig. Beim Duschen wurde das Klo komplett überflutet. Im Zimmer war eine Kakalake. Wir haben das Zimmer allem gebucht, da wir vom 24/7 shuttelservice zum Flughafen gebrauch machenwollten, der bei Expedia benannt wird. Ich hatte das bei Buchung des Hotel direkt mit angegeben. Diesen Shuttleservice gibt es nicht! Das Hotel gab uns schon vor Ankunft per Mail die Antwort, dass wir uns einen Zug oder ein Taxi organisieren können. Bei Ankunft am Hotel erhielten wir bei Der Nachfrage nach Zugverbindungen, dass sie nicht wüssten ob es nachts Verbindung mit Zug zum Flughafen gäbe, da die Suchmaschine dies nicht angebe und wir selber zum Bahnhof fahren können um nachzuschauen oder uns ein Taxi rufen können. Wasn't any hand soap/body wash in the bathroom, only tons of shampoo, and the water was very hot and we were unable to cool it down at all. Staff, though friendly, was not very helpful. We waited outside the hotel with other guests for a while trying to figure out how to check in (there was no desk), and after calling the hotel, the check in guy showed up and told us we were supposed to have received an email explaining that we were supposed to go by a nearby building to receive our room key (never received such an email). The kicker though was that when we returned to the hotel very late, the outside door was locked with a code (had been open earlier) and we spent a while trying to figure out how to get in as the hotel was not answering the phone. We eventually got in to the check in building but since no employees were there, we checked around the main desk until we found a code for the door. In the morning, we were told that the code was included on a pamphlet which included our wifi password as well. We had not been informed of this and it seems like an important bit of information since we told them upon checking in that we were in a rush to go out.
