Great location

Great location, very clean but a little basic - it could do with a little more focus on providing a few enhancements like towel rails, kitchen equipment, and hot water seems to take ages to come through. The shower was very good once the water had warmed up. I would stay there again as it's very conveniently located and clean.

New, clean, but service needs improvement

The location of this apartment is great, and in general it's new and clean. The beds are not very comfortable but they're standard for a Tel Aviv apartment. There's ample hot water and generally a nice, though small bathroom. There is only one bathroom, not two. It's simply that the toilet and the sink/shower are separate, which is standard in most Israeli homes. There is a dishwasher and a laundry machine, which was a great added bonus. The biggest issue was the service. The hosts from FeelHome contacted me often about arrival and departure times, despite the fact that the door has a code and nothing significant was needed from them in person. When I arrived, the WiFi wasn't working. This isn't a huge deal, but I was visiting on a work trip and needed it. They failed to fix it my first day, and on my second day they said it would only be fixed by my 3rd day. After I made a fuss, they eventually fixed it. The back and forth was unnecessary and a waste of time, especially after they promised it would be fixed on day one. All in all, I'd come back, but I'd be prepared to argue to get what you're promised.
