« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. « It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room. »

« The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « My room was nasty, I checked in, went to my room. Saw how the room was unkept and smelled. I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved. They would not accommodate me changing rooms. I then checked out. It was not a great experience at all. No refund, was worth staying there. I spent close to 175.00 for me to go in and change my clothing. What a disapointment. »

« Rose quartz suite is clearly a very new build that is clean and spacious. It served my wife and I, along with two employees on a quick trip to Lawrence. Close to great food, coffee, and our destination, Paisley and Stripe salon. Easy access and a breeze to rent. We would stay again if needed! »
