"I've been to many "Breakfast Included" hotels, and often the food is lackluster, but the food at this Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and the other items were tasty and fresh."

"We had zero hot water in the morning and a broken shower handle. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, except when I tried to call the front desk for help with a toilet problem we had as well, I couldn't get anyone to answer so I had to go look for help. The breakfast was okay, but not great. Everything was very clean though."

"We have stayed at this hotel the last few times we have visited west Virginia we love the executive suites. In the past the service was exceptional but this time the staff seemed annoyed that they had to do there job. Was not very welcoming or friendly all of the ladies employed there were very rude. Though I love this hotel myself and my family will not be returning to this location."
