"We loved this house and especially the screened in porch were we spent every morning and evening. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We were six adults and 2 kids under 6 and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Charles for making it easy and a very relaxing stay."
"The property is set off the main highway making it easy to find but there is very little traffic so highway noise is not a problem. The beach is a great walking and swimming beach. The water is relatively shallow allowing one to walk out 50 yards or so and being only waist deep. It would be perfect for those who like to just swim or sit in the cool water. It would also make a great place for beginning snorkelers. There is a "chickee" at the waters edge to sit or lie in the rope hammock and look...
"We had a terrific time at this property. Shorelette provided great hospitality, always available and offering suggestions and information. We arrived on a Sunday and were unaware grocery stores were closed. She offered to pick up a few groceries for us which was very helpful. She provided great suggestions for beaches and restaurants to visit. We enjoyed several visits with Shorelette and Joe and hearing about life on Eleuthera.
The cabin is as described in the listing. It is a small cabin and...

"The road leading to the property was treacherous to traverse in an SUV. So once we were up, we didn’t want to leave. We had to wait until after 3 to check into our room even though there was only my husband and I and one other guest staying in the cottages. The room was a lovely room with ocean views. Pasquale’s restaurant is rarely open. No ice on premises and internet was out as well as electricity a few hours a day. The beach is beautiful but has so much trash along the dune lines but from our visit to Eleuthera, most of their beaches are riddled with plastic trash. That’s what you get for $200 a night in the off season. "
"My stay at French Leave was amazing, despite the hiccups encountered on property. There were outages that affected several villas and I was moved to another villa, after encountering some problems. There were issues with wifi and cable issues that stemmes from the service providers. These were my only issues as I sometimes like staying inside and relaxing. The beach at the property is gorgeous and the resort gives you a golf cart upon checking in for getting around. The food at the restaurant on property was excellent and the staff are very attentive and hospitable. I would stay again. "
