"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. "If you are looking for a hotel that has lots of young families, this is the place! Our son had a great time playing in the pool with all of the other kids. We visited during 4th of July weekend & the hotel hosted a pool party which was a nice unexpected surprise. Only downside was the complimentary breakfast. We opted to have breakfast else during our stay. That wasn’t a major thing for us so we will definitely be booking here again!"

"This is a true gem of a hotel. It's a beautiful property inside and out, very clean, comfortable room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was the easiest check in and out experience I've ever had. The pool was excellent and well maintained. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we are in town. The only negative was the shuttle to Raymond James stadium. Be aware that it drops you off almost a mile away from the stadium, not even in the mass transit lot where ride shares drop off and pick up. The driver literally stopped on the side of Dale Mabry almost a mile away and had us exit the vehicle. Had we known we would have paid for a ride share. It still would have been a bit of a walk but closer. Still a wonderful stay and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough."

"We just stayed at Wyndam Grand for our family vacation during the 4th. There were fireworks right across the street for 4th of July! That was a great bonus! The place was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so nice, accommodating and helpful. We got welcomed our first day with complimentary champaigne and the kids, cider! We had a golf front view and it was breathtaking! The pool area was great! Music playing, staff walking around to see if you wanted to order any drinks etc. (Delicious Pina Coladas) It felt very much like paradise!! I would definitely go back. The only thing I was not happy about was the required daily valet and daily charge for the chairs on the beach. The additional charges added up pretty quickly. The valet was nice to have and made it more convenient, although I don't feel that should be a requirement to stay there. The daily fees for the beach chairs were also pricy. That fee included two beach chairs with umbrella each day. We never even used that, but still had to pay which I didn't care for. We upsized to renting the more-covered cabana 2 of our days there. That was great and I get paying extra for that. Overall, I am looking forward to going back! Just be prepared for a little extra sticker shock."
