« This was our first VRBO experience, and our first all-family vacation that didn't take place at our home! This large cabin (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with tons of open indoor and outdoor space) checked all of our boxes and then some. We had 11 family members with us for the week (2 daughters, 1 son, 2 sons-in-law, 4 grandchildren, plus my wife and I) representing a variety of vacation interests, from active outdoor activities like hiking and fishing to the kiddos playing Barbies and doing Karaoke...

« From the time we booked it was excitement for all.Communication was no problem and they were willing to help in any way.The surrounding properties are absolutely beautiful and the sunsets were magnificent.Very clean and stocked well with supplies that were needed. « Our group of ladies (7) enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and accommodated our group well. The stairs to downstairs was very steep, so keep this in mind for older adults. The parking is limited and there is no turn around area. We didn’t like backing into the road to get out. However, very nice cabin. »

« Mountain Getaway is a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. There are a couple of places outside to sit - the front porch swing is awesome. We didn't sit on the back porch as it kind of looks over the cabin next door. Plenty of space inside for two people and the dog. We loved the fireplace! And the furnishings were comfortable. Great getaway! »

« Absolutely enjoyed this place. House is very well kept up and very clean and relaxing. Outside is too. Really enjoyed catching fish in the pond and grilling steaks on the pit. Back porch in back overlooks the pond. Perfect in morning with a cup of coffee or 2 or 3. Ms Karen was a great host. Always checking in to see how we were doing. Definitely recommend this place. »

« So quiet!! Great place to unplug and unwind. House is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the setting. Located at the end of a road bordering FDR State Park. Callaway Gardens is nearby which offers seasonal events. Decent array of places to eat in several neighboring towns. »
