\- Staff are supposed to be available at the reception desk from 10am-6:30pm. However, on the last day when I wanted to enquire regarding luggage storage, when I went to the reception desk to check-out at 10:27am, there were still no staff present. - The shower in my room (room 503) would only let me shower in very hot or very cold water; my friend staying in another room showed me that the shower was supposed to have a digital display to allow you to control the temperature. However, the digital temperature controls in my shower was clearly broken. The extremely hot water almost burned me on the second night. - The handwash basin in my washroom was leaking water at the back so each time I washed my hands,there would be water leaking out from the rear of the basin and dropping onto the floor. The dropping also occasionally continued into the night when neighbouring rooms used water and disrupted my sleeping. - The room was far more dilapidated than in pictures on the website. The plaster on all walls was cracked and peeling in many places. - The TV remote's batteries did not work and there was also no manual in the room to explain use of the NVM TV system installed in the rooms. Unfortunately, as no staff were available on premises in the morning when I left the hotel or in the evening when I returned, I was unable to replace the batteries.

自助式的入退房、房間小到打開行李廂之後就沒地方走路了、隔音不好（樓上和隔壁的聲音都聽得到），房間很舊，超多牆壁裂痕都可以直接看到水泥，一晚要價4000台幣，性價比極低；優點是吹風機很好用、旁邊有7-11、房間算乾淨。

因為是自助式入房跟退房，遇到問題，沒有人可以採取協助，加上隔壁的房客一直吵鬧，到一點多了還在大聲講話，小孩尖叫父母也不阻止，垃圾滿了不知道要拿去哪裡倒，房間內沒有熱水可以使用，但房間很乾淨，沒有異味，有點可惜

チェックインに電話連絡が必要で、海外用の携帯電話SIMカードを交換していなかったので電話をかける事ができずに何時間か無駄な時間を過ごしました。 スタッフの対応は良いですが、隣りの音やエレベーターの開閉音などが大きく響きます。

#### 困擾的經驗

困擾的一次經驗，由入住開始必需打電話到接待處先可以有人開啟升降機帶你Check in，剛好我不能打出台灣電話要樓下餐廳幫助，入住後整體尚算清潔，但恐怖事就發生在晚上，沖涼沐浴時不能去水，沖涼水一樣浸滿整個浴室連廁所，此外隔音亦是一個大問題，晚上完全清楚鄰房在傾談的內容，如不是假日訂房高峯期，恐怕以後不會在此居住

櫃檯人員很辛苦，一個人要跑上跑下的接待客人（真的辛苦了！！） 房內浴巾毛巾看的出來明顯髒污，牙刷未使用就已經被拆過了，電視遙控器非常難按，隔音很差，能聽到樓上的敲打聲（不知是否是房物人員在做清理？），可能運氣比較不好剛好也能聽到隔壁施工？的各種聲響⋯⋯

近公車站，落車步行一分鐘便到；亦近捷運松江南京站，步行約5分鐘。樓下有便利店及多間餐廳，不愁吃的。升降機及所住樓層必須以房咭開鎖才能到，感覺安全。

ロケーションはよいが、チェックイン時はホテルに電話して迎えに来てもらわないとホテルのエレベーターに乗ることが出来ない。タオルも小さいサイズがあったりなかったり。 エアコンは冷房と除湿はできるが、暖房がないので寒い。

部屋は写真どおりかわいくて自分の部屋のように過ごせますが、シャワーが使いにくく、トイレ共々水浸しになり、バスマットもないので不便でした。 水を流すボタンがトイレットペーパーの下になっていて見えなかったため、発見に時間がかかりました。 時間外の到着、出発だったため、エクスペディアのアプリでメッセージのやり取りができて助かりました。これがないと無理でした。 パスワードがないとホテルに入れず、メッセージで届いていたのですが、Wi-Fiがつながらないトラブルで番号も控えていなかったため、夜中に到着したのに小一時間入れないという大変な目にあって疲れました。 メッセージのレスポンスは早く親切で丁寧でした。 全て理解していた上で利用すれば、一人でも安く泊まりたい時にはいいと思います。

整體感覺很棒 因為連續住兩晚 隔天好像沒有整理房間的服務覺得有點可惜 建議浴室可以多給一條腳踏墊的毛巾

飯店的地理位置很好,交通超方便的,是在很熱鬧的地方,房間的廁所真的很漂亮,房門鎖設計很安全但是房間比想像中的小很多,很容易撞到

入口が少しわかりにくかったです。 フロントが上階にあり、エレベーターに乗るのに暗証番号が必要なのですが、予約時どこにも書いておらず（見つけられなかっただけかもしれません）国際電話をかけました……。 それ以外は快適でした。

#### Great location, nice bed 

Overall are quite good. But the service men are so coldly, didn’t feel warms from him. Maybe have more smiles will be better. 11am have to be checkout. The time is a little bit rush for me. He said you can’t be over more than one minutes. They are not allowed it. Others are quite good for me.
