The large and open kitchen is the best place to prepare a meal for the group or your morning cup of coffee to start your day; it's well-equipped with everything you may need to enjoy a carefree getaway. Another great place to unwind and take in the gorgeous forest views is the wraparound deck.

The Tahoe Donner amenities are only a few minutes away, guests will have access to the shared pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as the sauna! Soak in the shared hot tub and let your muscles rest after a long day or swimming and fun outdoor activities. Head over to Donner Lake and have fun with the available water sports and activities or drive further out to experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe (24 mi.). Be sure to visit downtown Truckee (five and a half mi.) to browse the local shops and find the perfect souvenir.

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
