« Clean rooms wonderful staff. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

« We have stayed here several times, but this time seemed disheveled. We were missing several basic things in our condo and also there was a weird smell. We will stay here again, but were a little disappointed with the state of our condo this time. Loved the amenities though »

« I booked it because of the water park but it’s only open on weekends and no pool for the kids. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Booked another hotel that had a pool for the other 2 nights. »

« I did not like having bed bugs in both rooms I was shown to. The manager did say they were making some changes and refunded my stay so I could leave without added expense. »

« The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately »

« The rooms are more than clean, average size, but the outdoor amenities are great! The coffee shop is wonderful and some nights they have live music. »

« Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. »
