« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« we have stayed here many times and like the convenience of where the property is located to get out and about in Branson. a lot of times we never make it to the pool, but when we do it has always been well kept up. the kids like the little miniature golf course and the activity room. « Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best. »

« The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy. »

« Rooms we're very clean. But very little decoration in the rooms themselves. Most everything is white. The lobby and the breakfast room you're very clean and very well decorated. There was a problem with nats, and flies. The parking lot for building 2, where I was parked is very uneven and steep sloped. »

« The beds have some type of metal skirt around the bottoms of them. Which can be noisy any time you move. One of our beds also sounded like it had a broken spring in it. When we checked in the young lady proudly said her cousin had just stayed in the room she put us in so she knew it was top notch clean (I didn't understand that unless she left a mess) but all of us had black feet and socks from the filth on the linoleum floor. « we have stayed here several times in the past year. we like the idea that we see the same employees there each time. everything is always clean and well cared for. all staff are very friendly and helpful. »

« The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice. »

« It was very nice as far as the room and scenery. Check in was very easy. There's no microwave or coffee maker in the room. I would have liked to have that. I took it for granted that it would have that. Hot water did go out for a little bit also. Other than that it was very nice. »

« First room they gave me reeked of smoke.The parking lot outside the room was covered in used cigarettes. Loaded my belongings back in car & returned to office. Offered me another room 2 doors down from previous room. No thank u! A lady walked out of hotel room smoking a cigarette while we where reloading the car.Finally gave us a room on inside which is what I signed up for when I made reservations.that room was fine!!!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal. Pools & hot tub were nice! »
