« Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« This is a great place and we love coming here. The only downside was that our room had an adjoining room separated by two doors. They really need to add some sound proofing because we could here our neighbors clearly. We had had not had this issue before. »

« Very nice, clean and updated. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Did need better lighting in the vanity area. It would have been nice to have chairs in the room, all they had were short stools. »

« Room clean, bed comfortable, daily housekeeping which is rare when staying mulriple nights with other hotels,breakfast adequate, evening cobbler and ice cream the best! »

« Beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre. The biscuits were hard and gravy pretty thick. Everything else was hot. Great variety! »

« Although my stay was good and my room was mostly clean except some socks left over from the previous person I just felt as if the pictures on Expedia aren’t the same in person. I booked off that alone and it just looked totally different. But it was a good stay. »

« We loved the outside and inside pool! Breakfast was average but the staff was incredible and very happy and helpful. Will revisit this place anytime we go to Branson! »

« Clean, close to so many things! We enjoyed being able to walk to many of the things we wanted to enjoy. Breakfast was great and the employee serving/maintaining breakfast was top notch. Would definitely recommend and stay again! »
