Excellent hotel. Only thing we didn't love was some of the in-room dining we experienced, and the checkout was disorganized to some extent, but nothing major. Everything else was superb. The kids playgym was incredible... our son really loved it. Pools were all perfect. Beach was nice, but it was windy during our visit so the waves were too large for our young son to be able to play in the water, but I enjoyed swimming in it. On-site (3rd party) activity company, Scotty's, was also superb. ...

This resort is absolutely incredible! A little slice of heaven tucked away. It’s very quiet, relaxing, with amazing views from your room, and a private beach. The staff are so amazing, kind, helpful and all around great people! They have excellent security as well so you feel very safe. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! Loved the resort and the staff were amazing! Food was incredible!!

Our stay with this resort was excellent especially with the staff and the pool is huge. Shuttle service to the beachfront is very efficient. All in all the stay was excellent.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

It's a great place to stay best service I saw in a long time. Staff very friendly and owners very helpful away from the madness in town and they have shuttle goes to town 5 times a day. I highly recommend. Internet sometimes cuts of but you have full internet in lobby. 5 stars worth for me

Everything went well from the checking in to checking out. All staff are very friendly and helpful, very efficient in checking out. I would suggest for the staff in charge of responding to emails especially overseas to respond immediately so that they won’t lose the business.

Great location, service, staff. The people there aim to make your stay so very special. The extras really make you feel so at ease. From a warm welcome on arrival, coupons for free massages (they were great), to putting complimentary beach towels on your lounger for you. The staff are good with English and Japanese and also manage quite well with other languages. Our room was very good. The in-room safe was essential. The plumbing worked well and the bed was very good. The hotel can arrange...

The staff were amazing. Couldn't ask for a better location. Very close to Dmall. What i like most is that it has character. It has a nice resort feel. The beach is right across.

1. 3 star hotel in google (felt like a 5-star hotel) 2. Station 3 3. The cars/van/e-tricycle can only go up to the La Carmela Boracay resort. You have to walk for 2 minutes walk from there to reach the hotel 4. Beachfront 5. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Always smiling. 6. Changed and upgraded our room the next day since the previous one had a ceiling leak after a heavy rainfall the night before. 7. With private balcony 8. Free breakfast 9. Strong AC and wifi reception 10. Pool is deep...
