The heater was not working in the room making it freezing. Staff were very accommodating despite this. Very noisy road noise. And no instructions on how to get access to parking. It was clean and in a good spot.

I booked in quite late, but was received warmly. My room was really well insulated against the noise and I had a great sleep! The room would suit a longer term stay as well; with a washing machine/dryer, stove, oven and dishwasher.

The staff go above and beyond to help out. Very friendly and approachable. No ask is too great, if they can they will. This is my second stay here with plenty more to come. Feeling safe & clean are high on my travel list and Park Regis ticks those boxes & more. :)
