"Crowe Cabin is beautiful. Everything was so clean and well organized & stocked. We grilled outside, made smores in the firepit, fished a little, played board games and ate too much. My husband and I slept better than we have in years. Wheel chair accessible too! The grounds and scenery are immaculate and beautiful . Met Mrs Crowe, very sweet, thank you for sharing your home with my family Gloria."

"This property did not disappoint. We were only there for a couple of days and wish we had booked for much longer. The cabin provided everything we needed and more, even down to the dog bowls. The woods surrounding the clearing provided ample opportunity for bird watching or just listening to the lovely stream along the property. 15 minute drive to McCormick State Park which still has some closed trails due to the 2023 tornado but we enjoyed our little hike there. The roomy cabin was clean, clean, clean and comfortabe as could be. We hope to stay again! "

"My sons & I all wanted a little fishing trip but didn’t just want to camp at state parks again. Too crowded, loud etc. found this place and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect!! This place is amazing!! How Richard designed the layout is incredible. Total privacy, clean, quiet, great fishing. All the amenities are as described. I could search the internet for hours and not find a secret gem like this place. 1 million percent what we were looking for. We definitely will be going back & checking out a couple other units we saw. "

"My wife and I chose this place because we wanted a new experience. The idea of turning a caboose into a tiny home was spot on. The area on the lake on which the caboose sits is picture perfect. It has everything you need. The host is attentive to your needs and responds very quickly to any questions. There is a lot of wildlife to see and tons of animals on the property who are cared for by an amazing staff. You will enjoy this property and will come back again. "
