Incredible property all the way around.

If a trip to Ligano is in your plans, there should be no hesitation in booking the Lugano Dante Centre Swiss Hotel. The hotel staff is welcoming, courteous and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept as are the rooms and the breakfast buffet is sure to satisfy every diet's guilty pleasure. What makes this hotel a gem is the location. Booked a family room. Room was extremely clean and appeared newly renovated. Had a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, which was a bonus. Breakfast had a good variety.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Finding the hotel was a little bit of a trek due to Google Maps at first, we suggest to use Waze instead. From the train station, once you turn into the correct street the sidewalk is light up! The check in process was easy. The design and aesthetic was well thought out, clean and loved the finishing inside the rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Their breakfast was also fantastic.
