« First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. « The property was homely & felt comfortable as if you were visiting someone. Close proximity to Fareford if you need accommodation for the airshow. Breakfast is in the family dining room & is cereals, juice & toast with jam & tea/coffee. Patrick is very flexable with timing for arrivals & breakfast. You can use downstairs to eat if you bring food in. Friendly host. »

« Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »
