« We came to Clear Lake for a concert at the Surf. The house is very close! The host let me know about the farmer’s market in the parking lot of the Surf on Saturday mornings, so that was very convenient! The games were nice, there was a chair in the living room that we were all obsessed with, and there were a ton of extra blankets and pillows all around the house for lounging! It was a great little house and had more than enough space for our two couples. The host didn’t reach out after check-in...

« We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. »

« Very cute property in the small town of Fertile, IA. Location was perfect as it we were in for a wedding at the Winan Creek Barn venue. This was five minutes away vs almost 20 to the nearest hotel. Impressively peaceful on the back patio at night, and just a few blocks down the block from a great little restaurant called Cafe Mir. Definitely recommend if staying in the area. »

« The house was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. Our family reunions was at the community center in Ventura, but the Clausen house served as a gathering spot for the brothers and sisters to visit. « I had business in town and my wife came with for the 4th. We do not have a boat but the access to the water by way of the dock was fantatic! She floatied around with the ducks for days. Property location was excellent right next to an ice cream shop. Everything we needed and more...deck..fire pit...lots of indoor space....just a nice property.
