There are two bedrooms, both queens, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6\. Washer and dryer provided and free to use. This adorable little bungalow was walking distance to downtown, the Surf Ballroom, and the lake! Our grandsons were thrilled with all the toys, books and the big yard to play in. We visited the Clear Lake Farmer's Market in the Surf Ballroom's parking lot on Saturday morning and got lots of homegrown goodies to eat while we were here. Since we ate most of our meals in, our only issue was with how the kitchen was poorly stocked with pots, pans, plates, glassware and silverware. The dishes could have been better than plastic and the pots and pans have been abused and need to be replaced. The Ninja blender was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay at 3rd and Surf, which was comfortable, clean and family friendly. Thanks for helping us make lots of new family memories. ##### Dennis O. The house is very close! The host let me know about the farmer’s market in the parking lot of the Surf on Saturday mornings, so that was very convenient! The games were nice, there was a chair in the living room that we were all obsessed with, and there were a ton of extra blankets and pillows all around the house for lounging! It was a great little house and had more than enough space for our two couples. The host didn’t reach out after check-in but we didn’t have any issues, so there wasn’t a need. Home was clean, had some coffee pods available and parking in a garage was a bonus especially when it was so cold. Would/will definitely stay here again. ##### Brian E.
