Lakefront Estate | Pool, Hot Tub, Game Barn | Sleeps 16+

"This sunrise facing home is incredible! The home accommodated our family reunion of 13 people. Such a fun place with a heated pool, a great game room that kept us going on the single rainy day (pool table converts to ping pong - smaller size). The main pier was perfect for fishing. We used the dingy to access the middle of the lake. The kayaks, paddle and life vests were in good shape. TV night was a hit in the living room and the ginormous TV in the game room with sofas was well used. It kept the noise of the main house at night. . The dining room has the most incredible panoramic view. Oh and the kitchen really is complete with everything we needed. The natural gas grill is the one with stones so the heat is even enough to grill several pounds of chicken to perfection. We let Whitney know when there was an issue with the hot water, and the next day she had the plumber out and fixed it. Tons of towels, huge washer & dryer. The guest house was efficient, with a great screen porch and views, but the main kitchen is where you want to prepare your feasts. Location is great with 3 major grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. We stayed in September so the cobwebs on the screen porches were obvious, but everything smell fresh, no mold!"

"My room was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked. The only downside that I noticed was that there was no ice machine. I require ice. I looked for one and could not find it. If it was there, it was well hidden."

"The property can use some upgrades. There were contractors working in the building, so it looks like they are improving things. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The night I stayed it was very quiet. The hotel is off from the main roads, so it was quiet. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a good place to stay while you're passing through the area."

Cozy Couples Farmhouse Cottage- Minutes walk from Swain Ski Resort

"This is a clean and cozy apartment and it is decorated and arranged with the best use of space. The bedroom is actually spacious and encompasses the entire upstairs. The steps were a little steep and narrow for my comfort, but that may just be an issue with my age. The location was quiet and extremely close to the ski resort. There was an occasional train heard nearby with the last train heard around 10:30pm. The place was comfortable and pivotal for us to do a waterfall viewing weekend at Letchworth, Niagara, and Watkins Glen. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Kudos to the owners for making a small space feel so comfortable."
