"I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! "

"It our second time and probably not the last one.... Super clean, great customer service!!! The apartment fully furniture with all you needs. The pools are very nice and the swings are very enjoyable for the kids. The place is not in the center of sunny beach and we see that as advantage. You can control between quite, calmed or in 5 minutes drive you can be in the center of crowded boardwalk with shops, restaurants and more. We love this place. Very recommend!!!"

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach."

"The hotel didn't have wnough space in the car park partly due to staff. The hotel is only 2 star not 3. The manager told me this themselves. Not always hot water and housekeeping didn't happen on 2 days and had to ask reception for soap etc. No wi-fi in room and some staff not sure of what was what. This is not a great place so I cannot understand previous reviews. As someone else said hot water isn't always available for shower. Light on terrace is timed by hotel so goes on when it likes and...
