"Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app."

"The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva. The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! The staff were amazing, so helpful with standing taxis or just being there for any questions you had, if you’re looking at staying in kotor or surrounding areas then please check them out "

"Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there. But requested parking space in the hotel owned garage was available, check in was fast and friendly, rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Quality of mattress very good. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. The hotel restaurant has a adequate menu, quality 1a! Definitely worth coming back! "

The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "People in the reception is so kind and always helpful. Our room was on the first floor an so clean. Place is super close to Old Town/Stari Grad like you can walk in 5 min. ABSOLUTELTY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. "Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. "A charming old mini stone built ex fortress now lodgings, on the banks of the fjord. The owner Alex was helpful and explained the brief history of the place. Warm and comfortable, well equipped room still (with an old gun slot in the thick wall). Locally there is a mini market and restaurant, with Kotor, approx 1.5km away. Blueline buses stop here every hour and taxis are available. There is one ground level room with the rest a short stone stair climb. Recommend"

"Das war ein extrem erholsamer Urlaub. Zorica ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Frau . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend, das Bett sehr bequem und der Blick vom Balkon unbeschreiblich schön. Vom Strand muss man zwar einige Treppen hoch gehen. Wer jedoch zu Fuß nicht gut unterwegs ist, kann am Strand gegen Gebühr parken. Ich kann die Wohnung aus voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen."

"Stayed one night. It was super cozy clean place within the old city walls of Kotor. You ll have hot water for shower and a tiny kitchen. The host communicates well. It’s 10 min walk to the town bus terminal. There is a bar right by the place with loud music."
