Miss Zhang who seemed to be the proprietor of the B&B, was very helpful to make our stay more comfortable, where she offered to change rooms when she found that we had all been more elderly, and had difficulty in climbing the steep steps to the loft beds in the initial rooms. Service had been courteous in general, although all should warned that the low cost for the B&B rooms here are commensurate with the facilities that are "rustic" at best! Nevertheless, we found the facilities to be clean enough, but the plumbing needs work for one of the rooms.
