Since the last time I was at the property was before COVID, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and up-to-date the hotel was. I felt things were better from the last time I stayed. My only complaint was the AC in the room didn't work for a few days and was 26C. The staff brought me a fan, and after the lover came, the a/c worked or got the room down to 22C. The thermostat tells you it goes to 16c, but I doubt you have any control over the thermostat. I will be staying again next time I am in the area.

長江の見えるスイートルーム

ホテル内で行われた催事に参加のため、宿泊しました。ホテルは清潔で部屋も広く快適でした。たまたまスイートルームにグレードアップしてもらえ、長江の見える眺望の良い部屋に宿泊できました。 ただ、ホテルの場所が蘇州からも上海からもタクシーで1時間半～2時間はかかるところにあるので、交通はやや不便です。近くに公共交通の駅は無いので、車でないと行けません。ホテルは常熟の中心地からは離れていて、工場地帯の中にあるので、周りに食べるところやコンビニはなく、食事はホテル内での一択になります。 ビジネスでこの地域に用のある方にはお勧めできます。

快適

出張で3泊しました。部屋は広くて、とても清潔です。朝食のブッフェスは洋食と中華で品数も多いです。wifiも高速です。日本とwechatのTV電話をしても問題ありません。徒歩10分ほどのところにショッピングモールがありいろんなレストランがあります。トイレは、トイレットペーパーが流せます。

此酒店開張至今差不多三年，住過7次多，每次都3-5晚。 整體酒店服務很好，尤其房間，寬廣，整潔，3年都保持到很好的狀況，當然有些點退化，但都不錯。 唯一就是早餐在食物素質上有些少退歩，麵包製作亦不及當初好。 兒童室要定期派員檢查是否房客，發覺很多不是。 清潔亦有改善空間，波波池的波波很多破爛及四散各地/各處。 但今次3晚的體驗還是滿意，有85/100分
