Called the office and the girl could not help much.. she could not tell us where the Wi-Fi box was located she told us she would look into it. we ended up figuring it out on our own. The Wi-Fi box was located in the bedroom that is on the main floor and it was plugged into a outlet that would only work if the light switch was turned on for that outlet. So just FYI to anyone else that might have issues. I did call her back and let her know. Also...the gas fireplace did not work. Looked like a wire was purposely disconnected. We informed the company, but we did not have use of the fireplace. Also..no measuring cups or spoons , fyi...lol. Aside from that, the house was clean and beautiful. The bed mattresses are very firm, which I liked...but some ppl in our group had a very hard time with them. The views are out of this world.
