"The stay was ok, but it didn’t feel as luxury as the name suggests. The mattress was uncomfortable and the area also did not feel very safe for me. Personally, I would choose a different place next time "

"my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. I noticed that there was dirty handprints on the wall the tub had some brown stuff in it with hair from the previous people. The inside of the door was very dirty like nobody’s wiped it off. The curtains were stained with food stains. Overall cleanliness of this room was horrible. The bed was clean other than that I don’t really have anything great to say. "
