"Terrible stay! Dirty and disappointing. Shower didn’t drain properly, had to shower in standing water. Complained at front desk and was offered free coffee or breakfast, which I declined. I wanted to speak to the manager and I was assured that he would call me. I did not receive a call in three weeks so I emailed him. He eventually responded with an apology and didn’t care, said they would fix the problem. No monetary compensation, which was certainly in order. Everything was handled wrong by them from start to finish and I did not feel like a valued customer. This vacation included our staying at five different hotels and every one of them was better than this one, in every single way! Cleanliness, value, comfort, and service. We travel frequently and will never stay at a hotel managed by this corporation. STAY ELSEWHERE…..you will be glad you did!"

"This was such a beautiful property. The host was clear with the check-in instructions and had resources for everything, from how the coffee maker worked to all the cool local spots to check out.My wife and I stayed here the morning of our wedding, and the host had approved our photographer to come and take ‘getting ready’ pictures of us, which was a huge bonus! The pics turned out stunning, by the way. I absolutely loved staying here and would 1000% stay here again!"

"House had a truly spectacular view. Accommodations generally were high quality. We arrived on a Friday at the tail end of a hot spell, and the house was like an oven. We called the property manager and they responded immediately. However, they believed the AC was working, and it was not, and they asked that we give the AC some time. No luck. They ultimately determined that AC did need repair, but that couldn't be accomplished until the following Monday. They were prompt in response, but we had to endure some uncomfortable spells in the meantime. "

We spent every morning and evening on the deck, mesmerized by the spectacular city skyline—it’s easily the best seat in town. The neighborhood is quiet and is a few minutes from downtown Monclair, which is a beautiful little town. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully updated. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home." We would definitely stay here again!"
