"Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning. Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants. On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how plush and nice the bedding was. The staff who assisted me at check-in and check-out were very helpful. The room was fine and had all the expected things. My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. My second comment is about the slow (and noisy) filling toilet. Other than those two things, everything was as expected. I appreciate the ease of reserving the room, and the friendly staff. "
