« We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

« This was such a lovely pet friendly suite in a great location close to grocery stores and parks. The neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again. »

« We ejoyed the retro feeling of this place, the old stove, old refrigerator which was still cold! Decor was very well thought out. Kudos!. My wife has trouble with steps, but took her time and did well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend for a long weekend. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed this sweet little studio off the beaten path! It was adorably decorated, peaceful and so pristine. The location was ideal to downtown Elkin and we loved exploring the nearby shops, breweries and wineries. Three unplugged nights to celebrate a milestone birthday was just what I needed and the Yadkin Valley Wine Festival topped it all off - such a fabulous event. We would definitely re-book. This is a hidden gem! »

« Quality mattress, bedding, & pillows (with bedding options in the closet.) Decor that inspires relaxation & calm. Along a quaint historical street with multiple stores & small cafes and taverns. Enjoyed our stay & will visit again on future long distance trips for a peaceful “rest stop.” Couches in living room are only loveseat sized, not very cushy & less than ideal for larger or taller persons, but not uncomfortable enough to warrant a complaint or deduct from our stay. »
