« The location of this house was absolutely everything we wanted. Great family location lots of things to do and see. Beach was only a 2 minute drive the pool was one house down which is great with kids. This is a privately owned property so outside of checking in you won’t get much assistance from the front desk. « View was breathtaking over the marsh. Easy check in and easy check out. Good communication thru vrbo with rental company. Beautiful and plenty of room inside. The only disappointment was that you aren’t able to use the Heron Marsh pool which is super close. You do have access to the main pool and indoor pool though but they aren’t a close walk. « Clean, beautiful beach villa with lovely views of the marsh and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative part was the two hour check-in at the Litchfield main office - ugh! But, overall, my family and I enjoyed our time immensely: jumping in the waves, swimming, and bike riding every day. »
