"We had a great stay! Our room was very large, updated, comfortable and private. Would absolutely stay here again and save a couple hundred dollars vs staying in Canal Park. We did see some sketchy characters when we were walking around after dark, but never felt unsafe."

"This was a nice option to stay in Superior vs. Duluth. Still close enough to all the parks a Duluth for hiking, but not having to deal with the crowds and the high prices. This location was easy to get to (no traffic), the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. There were plenty of dining options within a few miles and a SuperOne grocery store for picking up some items for eating at home. The property was as expected and represented truthfully on the website. The house is old, but updated enough to not feel like you are "roughing it." Very cozy, nicely decorated and thankfully the lamps did not have those stark white new LED lights, although some of those were used in overhead lights and in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is probably the one room that still shows its age, but well stocked for basic cooking. Note the floors are squeaky so hard not wake others up when going to the bathroom."

"The location of the property is very conveniently located to Duluth and the North Shore. The neighborhood is run down and as a single traveler, I made sure I returned to the property before it was dark. The property itself was ok. It has all the basics you would need. It was also clean. It could use some basic maintenance and upgrades. With that being said, it served the purpose of why I was in the area. The bed was very comfy! Heads up, the bathroom is tiny, so it would be challenging for more than 1 person to be using the bathroom at the same time. Overall, it was fine. Directions and communication were great!"
