The pillows were labeled soft/firm so you could choose your preference. The room also had blackout curtains so we slept soundly. « I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless. On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...
