This gorgeous, family-friendly studio plus loft may seem small in size, but it packs a wallop when it comes to comfort! Laundry facilities, and underground parking included. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being surrounded by both paved and nature trails for biking and hiking, while the nearby slopes are perfect for wintertime skiing.

This third-floor retreat boasts a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies), a smart TV equipped with a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a main-level bathroom with a new (September 2025) walk-in shower, while the upstairs loft is all about privacy with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom. High-speed WiFi is perfect for remote work or online school.

Things to Know
Golf is available to the public at the Elkhorn Golf Club after 1:30 PM, and at the Sun Valley Club all day, weather permitting, tee times recommend
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests in this unit do not have access to the Elkhorn pools and Elkhorn racket sports facilities

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
