Kitchen area and shower rom nice and clean. Can't believe no one came to see if all was ok."

The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike "
