Whether you are a keen water-sports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, studios or rooms. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. They have discovered our piece of paradise and we hope to welcome you soon. If you are traveling alone, as a pair or up to 4 people and are looking for something more affordable perhaps consider staying in one of our rooms or studios. Each of those units is a modest abode with a private en suite bathroom. The rooms and studios are located right by one of our most beautiful lakes and offer our guests a very peaceful surroundings. The Space: Description : Studio 01 has approx. 450Sqft can sleep 3 Queen bed (sleep 2) Night tables / Lamps / Built in Closet Living room with Sofa bed (sleep 1) Private Kitchen with electric cook-top (no oven) ,full size fridge and dishwasher Dining area with a table and chairs Bathroom with private shower, restroom and sink Outside patio with furniture (table and chairs) Lake View , extraordinary localization in middle of the nature. Our studios have TV - Free Wifi All studios are supplied with towels , 1 toilet paper , shampoo , conditioner , soap for your initial arrival. Front lake view in middle of nature. At few step , you can enjoy Swiss Fairways Golf Clubhouse and Waterskiing. We are also at 35minutes drive to the attractions parks in Orlando. Daily cleaning service upon request only. Guest Access: Attention! The main complex gate code entrance for the community is #1522 POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS Always remember to book lodging before flights! 30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa. Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike ##### Richard B. The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. Upon arriv the locks to both doors were broken, but the property manager got that fixed for us very quickly thank god. The bedding/linen/towels were very old and did not feel clean. There was only one extra blanket which smelled so we couldn’t even use that. No extra sheets and no extra towels. Overall, I wasn’t very happy with the stay. Once we got the room info from the red box the map was unclear as to where our room was along with where we should park. We ended up going in circles looking at all the domes because there's not a direct path from where we're told to park to the domes. Once we found the sidewalk we saw signs for the rooms vs domes but it was still unclear as to where our room and our dome was located. With office hours only being before check-in it was up to us to figure this out for ourselves. I can see our experience here being slightly different were the domes easily numbered and well-lit, the map been more detailed, or had we arrived during daylight. Having said that another couple was having similar issues finding their room midday the following day. The room was not the room I booked but similar enough and served us well. One thing I'd like to make clear (because it wasn't so clear to me on the listing) is that these domes actually hold 2 rooms. There is one dome for the front desk and another used as storage so unless you're booking both rooms you won't have a dome to yourself. ##### Sandy G. I am not a golfer nor am I one to water ski but, I did enjoy sitting and looking at the water. I arrived after hours and upon arrival, I noticed one of the sliding doors would not lock so I phoned the office using the provided emergency number. Within 30 minutes there were two caretakers on site to fix the door. I grateful for their prompt response and very tired so, I tucked myself in for the night and slept like a baby hobbit.
