"The picture looks like good but it wasn't. The room was smelly and very old style. bathroom was so small. The room was not secure. Only one thing, hot spring was good. "
"Hi, our stay here was pretty nice except for my daughter got bedbugs and it was very difficult for the rest of our trip. I’ve tried to contact them a couple of times to talk to them about it and they have never returned my messages, so I gave them a terrible ranking on every factor. Do not stay here."
Grand Mercure Awaji Island Resort & Spa
Grand Mercure Awaji Island Resort & Spa"The Japanese people that stayed in this hotel were rude. Wouldn’t share and elevator or sit by us during breakfast. Even closed elevator on us so we couldn’t get on. And can’t use onsen because of tattoos. So if a white person with tattoos… please move on. And had to buy ice. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable and staff was nice. But people who stay here are rude and nasty!"
"アメニティが素晴らしい。いろいろなサービスが豊富でとっても楽しかったです！"
