« The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise. »

« Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

« The location is great and the staff is all so nice and welcoming! The rooms are nice and clean but don't have the same level of updating as the lobby. The biggest issue here to be aware of is the parking situation. There are only a few spots in the lot and if you don't get one of them »

« Paid over two hundred dollars for a room with stained bedding, broken lights, not enough pillows, a rusted shower head and dogs barking all day and night. There was also no refrigeration or microwave available. »
