Just under an acre boasting a sandy beach w/pretty palms, large custom pool, & deep water dockage w/quick access to ocean, gulf & back country. The open Great Room boasts granite kitchen, wood floors & gorgeous water views.

The dock is for large boat only if you have a small boat it is extremely dangerous
