"When we drove up to this property, it wasn’t what I expected given the interior photos. But the interior did not disappoint! This was the perfect place to stay with the bridal party then out-of-town guests. Those who stay in the bunk room have to walk to a bathroom in or affixed to another bedroom, it it’s a minor inconvenience. Unlike some listings, the house sleeps 19 with 3 to a queen and 1 per twin there is also a large couch in the living room and a couch in the game room if you have to...

"The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. "The house itself is great, large open floor plan. Rooms are separated and spacious and just the right amount of space. The downfall to this rental was the cleanliness of the home. The table tops were dirty. The shower had someone elses hair in the drain. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which I don't generally expect extra toilet paper but if you leave barely anything on the dispenser then I expect a new one to be somewhere in the home. I had to refill all three bathrooms...

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

Dining room chairs needs to be replaced (upholstery nails popping through/poking legs and bench cushion dirty). Foosball table was a hit!!! "Our son was graduating from UF and we live in Tampa, we were looking for a home where we could be together and enjoy some time over his graduation weekend, but not be by the craziness of the campus. This home worked out absolutely perfectly. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood great pool and area and the perfect amount of space for us to enjoy our time together. If any area, we would definitely be back."
