« Other reviews warn about a timeshare presentation but we were never approached about that. It’s an old building so naturally it’s noisy but the front desk delivered a box fan at our request which helped a ton! Our room was even better than we thought it was going to be: very spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at 11:00pm without any issues as someone is there 24 hours a day. Very walkable location and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. »

« Very comfortable and clean location. The employees at the location were very kind and helpful. One made quite a few odd and kind of rude comments toward me, but other than that the stay was wonderful. I didn't spend much time in the room because I was enjoying exploring Chareston, the building was in a great central location on King Street. Made walking and biking a breeze. »

The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. « We were very pleased with our stay overall. Our loft was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch. Overall we were very pleased with our unit and would stay...

"I totally love this hotel. Check-in was terrific with such a nice receptionist! The room was big, very clean, great bed and great view! A small balcony but window is definitely close for security. A free shuttle every hour drop you and pick close to the market (very central) and an amazing breakfast with an incredible view! Excellent value! I recommend at 300%!"
