"This hotel was awesome, but the staff really made it for us! They went above and beyond every time. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. One of them ended up walking to the nearby police station to get an officer that came and opened it with a crowbar. They really were so helpful!
The facilities were also super nice! The rooftop pool had a gorgeous view and was so relaxing! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay there again! (My only complaint is that our room didn’t have a mini fridge, but that was nothing compared to how awesome our stay was)

"This was a great property for my husband and myself. We were able to access the metro easily and we appreciated the many restaurants and shops in the area. The Rialto staff was helpful and friendly. It was confusing how the street would be closed sometimes and open sometimes—closed more often than open, it seemed. I don’t understand the logic of that, but since we didn’t have a car, it mostly affected us when we had a taxi or Uber."
"The restaurant is outstanding. I had the best caprese burrata salad that I have ever had. Ask for Tomas G.
Phenomenal service. Never ceases to amaze me to what degree a server can elevate the dining experience.
Of all the thing that were excellent about the restaurant.
Tomas G. raised the bar of excellence. He is truly an ambassador of hospitality."

"A bit far from the main attractions, but very quiet and spaceous. Very close to metro that will get you to anywhere you need to go. Would stay again next time in Barcelona."
