« When we checked in we were told they were short staffed and would clean our room after the 3rd night. Our room was never cleaned during our 6 night stay. We had to take out our own trash and repeatedly had to ask for fresh supplies. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, was frequently out of stock, and there was no fresh fruit. « What I liked was the location of the Hotel, it's proximity to excellent eateries and the views of Sturgeon Bay! The room was very clean and comfy. When we checked in there was staff available, but often as we'd come and go from our hotel, we wouldn't see anyone at the front desk or anywhere that we could have communicated with if we'd needed it. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay, it's cleanliness and location. »
