"This was such an enjoyable stay. At first we were deterred by the steep stairs but then realized that was part of the old home. Stairs were like that and to change that would have changed the authenticity of it. Hand rails on the sides of the stairs took care of any concerns. The fireplace and exposed log beams were our favorite parts of the home. We used the fireplace often throughout our stay. So clean and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Was told the owners showed up each day my parents were there and offered to serve them breakfast as well. My parents greatly enjoyed the place and said that they would be back. "
