"Check in was easy,very nice breakfast, the jacuzzi was only working half of it's nozzles, the pool was ice cold,our daughters room had ants an other bugs! couldn't get the tv to work! The room's phone was dead! To had to go to front desk to get the help we needed. The TV was easily fixed , but the phone remained dead the day we left. The cost for the two rooms seemed very high(over $450 for two days) We were attending a funeral for my sister, so it was good to be close."

"We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do. The pool is not working and with the signs they have up it’s not just a temporary thing. We booked that hotel for that amenity, you can’t afford to fix your pool? Breakfast was good and dining room was clean coffee was great. Our key card stopped working so if you park in the back be prepared with your hands full to have to walk around, I would stay here again only if guaranteed my room would be ready and the pool is fixed, so check ahead before you book because I guarantee you that pool sign has been up for awhile. "
