« We loved the location of our cabin with it being tucked away and beautifully quiet. The rooms were clean and nicely presented and the shower was lovely and hot! The only negative was that we noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom with the bunk beds, so we left the window open most of our stay and kept the bedroom door shut. »

It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, we’d give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. « A lovely cottage with so much style and history. Looks great in photos but even better in real life. It was so nice to stay in a freshly restored cottage but definitely not a cookie cutter decor. I also loved the town. I enjoyed a hot chocolate at Karkoo and great meal at the Oakbank hotel all within walking distance. Definitely recommend »
